[March Book Club] Reading 『The Heart on the Way Home』 (퇴근길의 마음)
[Why this book]
If last February was about the weapons we use to protect ourselves at work, this month we talk about "how to keep going at work without losing ourselves." We chose this book to find a sustainable pace — one where we can stay engaged in calm seas and high waves alike, without burnout and without being thrown by every up and down.

[About the book]
『The Heart on the Way Home』 holds emotion, crisis, and career management tips for those who want to keep loving their work. At the end of a tired day, sometimes empty consolation rings hollow. There are moments when stories that acknowledge and encourage the heart that has to keep working tomorrow are more helpful.
(...)
It talks about how to handle "everyday me" to stay grounded in the process of work — your own user manual, the routines that protect your floor. If you can stay steady without overreacting, maybe you won't drown — whether in still water or in high waves.
