August Book Club Invitation: "A Prompt Engineer's Work Journal" - "Real-world Stories of Prompt Engineering from Korea's First Prompt Engineer"

Join us for our August Book Club as we read "A Prompt Engineer's Work Journal," which contains the know-how and experience of Korea's first prompt engineer. This book covers the principles of prompt engineering for effective communication with AI and real-world practical experience.

  • Anyone who simply wants to read a good book together and share discussions

✏️Don't feel pressured! It's okay if you don't finish the entire book. Just prepare the following few things to join our discussion:

  • A comfortable and open mind
  • Impressive passages from the book you'd like to share
  • Stories, experiences, and interests you'd like to discuss

Event Details

  • Date: Wednesday, August 6, 2025, 9:00 PM (Book reading session starts at 8:00 PM)
  • Main session: Starts at 9:00 PM.

If you haven’t had a chance to read the book, join us from 8:00 PM in the Discord voice channel for a group reading session!

  • Location: Private voice channel on the PyLadies Seoul Discord server
  • Access to the private channel will be granted based on the nickname you provide in your RSVP after joining the Discord server.
  • Please join the Discord server by 6:00 PM on Tuesday, August 5, to ensure smooth access and participation!
  • Who can join: All women are welcome
  • Participation fee: 5,000 KRW (Toss Bank 1001-0090-0506 Yoon Sujin)

  • 21:25–22:00: Book club discussion—share your favorite passages and thoughts!
